Production of our boxes takes 5 business days, with 3-4 days on average of delivery time to follow. Due to the boxes being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for boxes that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain or knots in the wood. If your box arrives incorrect or damaged, please message us within the first 48 hours of delivery including a photo of the sign.
